On the earliest chapter narumi's colleague did mention that his books attract women that have trouble in their marriages,so i'm implying that what yukino said (being a divorcée & looking for casual fun) might be somewhat true. Once she knew that the thing that she did with narumi isn't a 'forbidden fruit', her flame of desire/fantasy about being someone's else 2nd woman suddenly went off.. you can clearly see her disappointed expression as she left narumi's place on the last panel of previous chapter.
