He acts all friendly to her face, but the moment she's out of his line of sight and he's writing a review that will affect her job, he unleashes all of his pent up rage. He's angry that she wasn't fluffing his ego enough. Because that's what compensated dating is really about. Paying girls to be interested in you and subservient to you.

1) Kazuya's family knowing the truth
2) Mami's true feelings about this whole thing
3) The actual premier of the movie
4) Chizuru's future as an actress and how it will subsequently affect her relationship with Kazuya
5) The question of if Chizuru being a rental will affect her future as a rising actress?
6) Is Chizuru going to move out of the apartments now that her grandma is on her deathbed?
7) Is Ruka going to bow out of the race and if she does how is it going to happen?

I don't think the manga will outright end right then and there at chap 149/150. And if it *does*, I feel the only plot point that needs to be satisfactorily addressed is 7. The mangaka can cop out and end it on the status quo. Frankly, it feels like it's running on fumes at this point. Mizuhara's dream, (specifically having her grandfolks see her movie) was the central point of the whole series anyway.
