I relate so much to Akira chan, even if you love and care for someone, that doesn't stop you from being jealous of their lives or their bodies. Even more so if they have things you cannot change (like the height you'd like to be to pass better or certain bone structure).
It hurts but I'm also glad to see trans stories on manga <3
