Yes less waste of time series would be better we can only hope. A lot of it is perhap the confession at the very end and that's the end of the manga but I think it can be a good idea to have the confession early on actually go into the stages of the relationship which may be sometimes gets ending in like a marriage proposal or on the wedding day. I wonder if it's because mangaka are good at teasing, miscommunication missed signals etc and the lead up to a relationship but they don't know how to actually write one when the couple are together

What she did was absolutely horrible. It was basically psychological torture.

To "save him pain" she robbed him of the happiness he could have had with her. She knew he loved her. Did she think that he wouldn't feel pain seeing her with his friend? Did she think he'd just stop loving her if she were already taken? Did she think he wouldn't feel pain if she died while just the friend that he wanted? Then she rubs salt in the wound with that letter telling him what she did.

That show makes me want to rant.
