Better to hear it from the boyfriend than discover it and make her wonder why he'd keep it a secret. It's not out though, they haven't said anything to GF about them living together, and these stories are more than capable of twisting logic way past the breaking point just to make relationships messy.

Anyways, this is where the sisters should go "hey lets swap places" and GF can live with ML while "rude as fuck" sister can go live somewhere else, nicely wrapping up the entire series, the end.
