@XaneKudo I think the reason is somewhere along the lines of the manga is only 2 years old, guess the main audience is not over this phrase in their life, so the author can get away with it (and his otherwise gorgeous looking girl drawing skills) without a huge decline of readers... So in short, he just doesnt need to switch the status quo yet.

Well I don't really mind the MC or the dialoge, the thing that annoys me the most is that the author keeps pumping out 5-7 chapter arcs without any plot or romantic development... The character development sucks too, but at least now he can hold hands with hear without freaking out.

But oh well, who cares. I just want to see a deathmatch between Mami and Chizuru.

@Maala My major issue honestly is that he tends to give them some development then backtracks once they're alone, nullifying the development they've built up. Even worse is that the supporting cast moves the plot more than our main leads. The art is great, though. That, I can agree with, as well as keeping the status quo for the main audience. I just kind of want things to finally go somewhere and have lessons stick, at the very least.
