Delightfully wholesome, precious and a joy to read are the words I'd use to describe this manga at this early point. I'm pretty far behind for now, but I hope it stays really enjoyable like this.

Gotta love Rintaro's mom for giving her son that push, almost as if she was saying "Son, I'm not letting you lean into these tired romcom shenanigans by hiding, now go talk to this nice girl you've been getting along with and make me proud."

The story would be much more interesting if one of them died....... okay no. Who am I kidding? That would just make it a mayfly plot, and I hate mayfly plots. Maybe if one of them was putting up a front and their true character was completely different. THAT would make things more interesting... probably. Right now I'd settle for anything going anywhere rather than it all going nowhere.
