What happened to chapter 22?

There's an error in chapter numbering. Chapter 9.5 through Chapter 21 are actually Chapter 10 through 22.

I know you asked four years ago, but I'm answering for anyone who comes along with the same question.

i expected this to be good, but I don't understand the praise. the first volume was a slog, a lot of pseudo philosophical meandering dialogue. maybe it gets better?
