Chi-Chan has appeared in one of the episodes of Season 3. The movie is a set sequel to the season 3 so technically that one marks as the first appearance

Women, this is all men really want. A happy loving family. I wish I had this growing up and I wish everyone had this growing up. We'd be living in such a better world, free of the demon worshipping lizard people in charge of society now.

It's funny you say that, considering that the people in charge of society would agree with you, if their "family values" are anything to go by. And, strangely enough, some self-proclaimed demon worshippers have a pretty good family life, so whatever.
There are a non-trivial number of men who do not want a family at all, me included, so there's that.

It’s comments like these online (and in communities IRL) that make me increasingly confident things like arranged marriage is gonna make a comeback in the US, those of us who survive long enough and work hard enough to improve ourselves, find a spouses fall in love, and have kids of our own.

The world is deprived of so much, but someone’s gotta do something to bring back safety and sanity, and that’s gonna be me

"Arranged marriage" does not correlate with "happy loving family". At all. Or safety. Or sanity. Or anything positive worth speaking about.
And the vast majority of problems in the world can not be resolved with marriages, regardless of whether they're arranged or not.
