No, Moto isn't ending anytime soon, if anything, this was like that one Season Finale of "Young Sheldon" that followed the Series Finale of "The Big Bang Theory" where Sheldon wanted to throw a Nobel Prize listening party at 5 AM and nobody shows up, only for the ending to be a.ontage of his future friends and wife at the same age as him in their youth. This was them showing some love to the "Mothership" series as it sails Into the West...

Did we ever see that kid's name in any of the previous chapters? Considering that Ayumu is ending soon, I'm wondering if he can be a kid of Ayumu and Urushi.

I went back to look at the silhouettes of the kid's parents. The Mom seems to have a similar build to Takagi but a little smaller and the dad looks kinda buff and tall, so you may be into something

the kid is probably moving away and this will be their final time talking to each other until they reach middle school/high school the story will probably end with them meeting each tother thus concluding this story to move on to the sequel
