Come on guys, it's not your first chapter of "Takagi-san". Of course they had a contest, he lost and had to do anything she says. Guess what she said.

I know everyone has pointed this out already, and I might be wrong, but it honestly seems like a kind of unhealthy marriage if he's still THIS flustered at the thought of touching her. I know the teasing is the main point of the series, but it would've been possible to dial it down just a bit, because at this point it seems impossible that he could've agreed to marry her. It seems like he hasn't matured or grown as a person at all. In the main series, you knew that they were going to get together eventually, and I figured there'd be a point where he'd have a full confession and would grow a bit more comfortable around her, so it just feels kind of unsatisfying and unfulfilling to have this be the future of their relationship. I really like most of this series and its interactions, but I feel like the way Nishikata acts is the one problem with it.

Think about all the people who have kids but never liked their spouses in the first place, or people who rarely talk to their spouses but also have kids with them. People talking about unhealthy marriage, when they have never been in a relationship and thinking that the touchy touchy part of the relationship is the only part that matters when t.ex. my parents who have 5 children together and have been married for 20+ years never hold hands or kiss. there's a lot of reasons why could be personalty, culture etc... every marriage is different and you thinking its "weird" shows that you dont know a lot
