There is no actual chapter number but followed JP volume raws to make non-bonus chapter numbers to full from 0.x of and part chapter to 0.x from full

Vol 4:
28.5 -> 29
29 -> 30
30 -> 31
31 -> 32
31.5 -> 33
32 -> 34
33 -> 35
33.4 -> 35.4
33.5 -> 35.5

Vol 5:
Add 2 to chapter number. i.e. 34 -> 36

Vol 6:
Add 2 to chapter number. i.e. 43 -> 45

Vol 7:
For 52-59 add 2 to chapter number. i.e. 52 -> 54
After that:
59.5 -> 62
59.6 -> 62.5

Vol 8:
Add 3 to chapter number. i.e. 60 -> 63

Vol 9:
Add 3 to chapter number. i.e. 69 -> 72

Vol 10:
Add 3 to chapter number. i.e. 78 -> 81

Vol 11:
Add 3 to chapter number. i.e. 87 -> 90

Vol 12:
Add 3 to chapter number. i.e. 96 -> 99

Vol 13:
Add 3 to chapter number. i.e. 105 -> 108

Chapter number for Vol. 18 which i don't have access to

The first chapter in volume 18 is what is currently chapter 151 in both English and Russian on MD, but the Portuguese ch 151 is equivalent to English chapter 152.
