You're blaming the victim. Same energy as if someone puts a gun to your head and someone else says "That's what you get for going outside!"
Take it up with the person hitting on her, not with her for getting hit on. A person shouldn't need to dress a specific way because there're assholes who'll see their outfit as an excuse to hit on them.
You should also not blame the cigarettes of alcohol companies for the health problems of the everyone in the world who have lung cancer or liver problems but governemts all along the world like to raise taxes for those products because it is moral to do it.
At some point, you have to ask a person: "Mam, why did try to wash your car with gasoline and trying to light a match?"
I am aware of victim-shaming at the same time our society was built on common sense, if you don't have common sense then I am left wondering how you manage to live a normal every day life.
