That'd be the good life, if he didn't have to keep one on him. Never mind how the interconnection has reamed society, the damned things can make you trackable even if you've no service on them (think E911, if you're in the US).
Do you remember a point at which you didn't habitually walk around with a tracking device on your person, or didn't even think of the possibility of what X said on Y social medium?
