Yui's finally snapped out of it and realized how stupid she's been acting. Of course a ladder induced head injury will quickly fix all that shortly.

This year's the 15th anniversary of the Kase-san series. Hard to believe.

I'm alarmed at some people's choice to hold onto a seemingly very personal grudge against a fictional character for multiple years. Honestly a little concerning.

And as always, the story sides with Kase's childish behavior and condemns Yamada. I get the point that the story is trying to make, that you should not lose focus on the people and the things that really matter, to not prioritize your job over everything else, but, she's focusing on her job (remember that Yamada is the only one of the two that is working at the moment) to not only get her a present that both can have, but also having a bed that both can share. But no, she's the "immature" one. I guess it is more "mature" to respond to your loved one's messages with a stupid smiling emoji.

And as I expected, Yamada literally had to go through some self-reflection for missing Kase's race; meanwhile Kase didn't have to go through that at all when she made Yamada put off getting the house she wanted... And I'll say it again, the issue shouldn't have been about Yamada missing Kase's race; it's that Yamada didn't rest as she should've and went to work.

Then to make matters worse, we have the ladders deciding that Yamada beating herself up over everything wasn't enough and wanted to join in.

the author chapter numbering and mangadex numbering has always been off. this would be 66 by mangadex (currently the latest)
Why did the two series get merged anyway? The original Kase-san and... series and Yamada to Kase-san are prequel and sequel respectively, and unlike the former, the sequel has a clear numbering system for its chapters in its raws.

What I don’t entirely get is that I thought Kase took issue with her health taking a dive with overwork. While the race thing hurt, it was the health part that was scaring her. If you think your GF was working herself to death… ghosting her doesn’t seem like the counter response.

Aren’t they living off of her one income too? Neither of them are independently wealthy. She does need to have a job and school and participate in her extra gardening activities.

ah no wonder i couldn't find related series. i thought this was just posted to the wrong one but then couldn't find the other so i was confused. Maybe has something to do with the big series purge a couple months back? no idea

okay I wasn't crazy when I thought I remembered them being separate entries before

in which case 100% why did these get merged and how can we unmerge them?
