The tragedy was due to the unrequited love, but the way this is going, it might not need that tag anymore. Remember this is twitter manga so the tag is added by the dex contributors instead of the author, that's why we have absolutely no idea where this is going.
It might need tragedy tag back, or not (god I hope not)

Know I'll get hate for saying this in this particular crowd of people, but really was hoping he would flat out reject her for her own good.

But I can easily how tell it would go:
A: They kiss and go the incest route, seeing how degenerate the author made the lil girl.
B: He rejects her and she'd go the yandere route, seeing how degenerate they made the lil girl.

So I never had any hope that this would go my way either way, and really my fault for having very low hope that this would become wholesome in the first place.
