from the first comments it seems like this was in the "popular new titles" which is the first thing you see in the home page, so people checked it out and disliked it so they gave it a really bad score for personal taste but also because it's legit bad like the art is the only salvageable thing here.

Don't lie, the story goes from delusional brocon little sister that loves her brother to sex-crazed freak by the second chapter, literally the second chapter the little sister sniffs his crotch because she is so young she barely reaches his waist. The title doesn't convey that this is just pervert stuff and the first chapter starts innocent enough yet it doesn't even prepare you for chapter 2. Then it alternates between little sister is sad that she is blood related to her brother to "I NEED COCK ONI CHAN". This happens fast becuase the first chapters are 1-2 pages long so its a constant whiplash of innocent love and perverted shit so most people probably take a good 20 chapters in before stopping.

Also, the tags make people find it and subsequently hate it. I found it trying to find some new romance stuff and this has almost the same tags as another manga called Six Half which personally I liked very much and finished just recently so I thought "oh look it has almost the same tags, also has loli but it's probably more innocent, the suggestive one is probably for like 1 or 2 chapters and its not the erotica tag so let's have a look "

Legit impressive that the lolicons keep matching the slightly harsh but understandable 1s with completely undeserved 10s for it to be at a rating of 5.

Lastly, just because the majority of people don't like the concept of fucking their little sister that is at best 10 y/o doesn't mean that they are on a high horse.
