Oh, you weren't kidding!Never did I expect this to get licensed, but lo and behold.
Fist of the Blue Sky still needs an official English translation, doesn't it? Although Hokuto no Gun did a good job with it all those years ago. Maybe Viz Media can pick it up once they wrap Fist of the North Star later this year.I think this only leaves Ikusa no Ko left for major Hara works without full translations (though I think basically all of his lesser-known works are done?)
I was including scanlations so Blue Sky is accounted for, yes. It's too bad the Italians stopped, though, they were close to the end too. :'(Fist of the Blue Sky still needs an official English translation, doesn't it? I'd attempt a fan translation of Ikusa no Ko based on the Italian version, but sadly it looks like the publisher Goen stopped at volume 17.
The team working on it would probably think it was cool if you did take them down. It's why I took down our version.Oh, you weren't kidding!

The English release of Hana no Keiji is being licensed by Kodansha and they plan on launching it this Fall. The official English title will be "The Magnificent Bastard: The Legend of Keiji."
Well if Kodansha wants me to take down the chapters that I've been uploading, then I will. But I like to finish what I started. I've never done anything like this before and I know I'm not a good typesetter. And these old Italian pages with broken double-spreads probably annoy some people. But I expect much better things from an official publisher like Kodansha! And I look forward to supporting the official English release!
