Toru doesn't kill him, but not in a "Hero can't kill manner" Oh no he does worse, Sain will later DESTROY their home kingdom and kill the POS king who advocated for him! Which completely destroys his reptuation that already was in tatters to begin with! Yep, and remember, he can ONLY charm those WEAKER then him! The ring next to hiding his appearance, likely completely covered his level so Charm doesn't warn the moron about it like what happened with the Noble Girl! I think in that case she WAS genuinely caught off guard that the girl was stronger then she thought! One thing to note is Lisa and Sain, ESPECIALLY the latter are smug snakes who CANNOT predict everything!
