You guys really ought to chill out a bit--have some patience.

This IS, after all, only the twenty-sixth chapter of the manga Keikenchi Chochiku de Nonbiri Shoushin Ryokou--somewhat loosely translated to English as, "A Heartbreak Relief Trip with Experience Point Saving". Toru's got a lot of nasty food on his plate to work through, and the stuff that pertains to Sain only got more complicated; up until this point, Toru's been getting over the fianceé he thought betrayed him--now he's found out that she was brainwashed into it. Only problem is that he's still been getting over her anyway. Then there's Sain himself; so on, and so forth. To keep himself together, he's been taking it easy as the title suggests--but now, he's actively targeted Sain; what many forget is that, according to chapter 24, the town he's in is in the region Grigit--the capital of which he intends to encounter Sain in.

If anything, consider this Sain's marinating. He's going to get cooked when the chef gets ahold of him. In the meantime, there are plenty of good things to see--Toru does plenty of cool things, and so does Kaede; not to mention the pretty girls Toru meets (chief among whom is Kaede, of course). Keikenchi Chochiku is a good story without the usual pandering to fetishists and advocating male weakness--a miracle, given how recently the story started.

Just sit back and enjoy the ride instead of lusting after immediate gratification.

I am tired of this antagonist panels, every time he comes I get on 100x speed skipping, which proves the release a huge waste

lisa is the demon king, all things considered she is very fucking weak, she's the one who killed both hers and torus parents. She's also not under the mind control, never has been, she's the one controlling him.

I didn't realize this until my current (fifth, I think) read, but Tooru took a sip of the water with the same hand he used to poke the rotten egg.

I'm curious about the selection criteria for being a hero....im hoping that stricter personality check would be needed
In multiple kingdoms as seen so far, the term "Hero" in this world doesn't give new intrinsic powers to the supposedly heroic person. It is just a title awarded by the king of that country to someone as a way of getting them to work for the kingdom. Most light novels and manga treat the Hero term differently as a title awarded by the System (story infrastructure) and not by any mortal king or government. People awarded the title of Hero by a mortal King apparently don't need to behave like nice people as seen in this story, the Hero title goes to someone that will acquire a choice elf slave for the king as well as assassinate an opponent's general from the demon army. Apparently, those with the Hero title can be corrupt in this story universe.

He should be able to take literally everything out of the tower for a simple reason

He just gave them an infinite source of water, with an undefined value to their village.

Everything else in the tower can't even remotely add up to 30% of that

Dynastic change incoming! This "king" is "T.O.A.S.T(.E.D.)" (Totally Omnipresently Absolutely Structurally Teabagged w/ Extreme Distinction).
