Is anybody else super confused with this manga? The series description and the characters all refer to Kairi as a male and the series is even marked as yaoi, but they have a female sounding name and managed to get pregnant.

Is it some aspect of Omegas?

@daktyl, it would be confusing this is your first omegaverse manga. In the bulk of them, the first 3 pages explain alphas, betas, and omegas, their relationships, and the pregnancy issue. This one didn't have the system translated.

I hope this misunderstanding gets cleared up in the next chapter. Their kid is so adorable!
