Actually, Ouka came first. And he had to redesign her to look less like Takane, but acknowledges that in the end she still basicly looks the same.

Ah! I was wrong about her name! As confirmed by Chapter 11 and her figurine box, her name is “Kansaki Sakura”, not “Kanzaki Ouka”. The big figurine sites all misled me. I didn't know they could be wrong. My apologies.
