It's not axed as it's currently on Volume 12 (manga). Looks like the group (Eccentric Hierarchy Scans) forgot about it, then a No Group did the scanlations. Since then (9 months ago), no updates. Might be high time for some other group(s) to 'snipe' it to keep this manga going in english.
