Kenja no Mago Chapters misnumbered

Around chapter 10 to chapter 12 the chapters are misnumbered. The biggest problem are two chapter 12s that are completely different chapters in the series. I have tried asking the individual who uploaded it to fix it, but has not responded. Can someone fix this?

@alphamine just like taking drugs, you should sit and wait until the report kicks.

@alphamine If it takes too long, maybe try the Discord server as well? I don't use it but have heard that mods reply quicker there

No wonder that manga made no sense when I tried reading it last year.
