Meh, this romance feels so forced.
Cecily so far has nothing but the "cute" factor going for her, she looks weak willed, is shy, a crybaby and let others take decisions for her, there's nothing that makes me care for her as a character much less a romantic interest.

Even Maria, Alice, Rin that barely had any screen time are already looking more interesting than Cecily.

there is something i can't understand about this MC. he claims to be super smart using knowledge of his previous life from earth and is making absurd magic of his own and enchantments and yet he is clueless as to how that could not be a big deal or it is small stuff even after viewing this world is not high levelled and when things are revealed to him he acts like the revelation was shocking like the king described. Is he a retard or what? he claims to have read manga's and watched anime and has lived some 30 years on earth he sure acts like a completely clueless idiot when it comes to simple common sense and its not like lack of common sense of that world is enough to cover his stupidity.

MC said he couldn't remember direct aspects of his life, more of just the world of Japan that he knew. Like he knows what things are, but he doesn't remember the experiences or even "himself". it's in ch.1. Never mentioned Manga or Anime (he did mention Movies and Videogames but those are invariably moot)

What makes me mad is Gram Gram being a bit of a self righteous cunt, but I also don't like Cecily too much, and the contradiction of both those things is like a paradox lmao

But it does make sense, if the MC is fulfilling the power fantasy of manga, anime, and fantasy RPGs from Japan or the rest of the world for that matter?

If you play a game with enchantment on items, would you not put on magic protection, dmg protection, and regen? Or just overwriting enchants with better ones?

Did you think that'd disrupt the global political situation? No, you'd thought that you'd be able to tank like a boss. Take fucking Skyrim; enchant magic resistance and +Hp or Hp Regen on armors, then absorb HP and Stamina on a melee weapon. Congratulations, that's the equivalent. Or use mods and get Magic Absorb, invis when crouched, poison immunity, etc you get the picture.

He doesn't have the common sense of a world of High Medieval to Renaissance, low-fantasy, a world that has countries willing to go to war with each other for resources.

He comes from our modern world, that is still in one of the most peaceful periods globally, where nations rather NOT go to a hot war, cause it'll cause WW3.

TL;DR dude's using game logic from a peaceful Japan inside a low-fantasy, high tensions world. That's what they mean by he lacks common sense.

@imitation Well, 90% of these isekai manga are based on light novels that are themselves based on web novels written by random ass amateurs submitting to a particular website or two in Japan. It'd be weirder if they never come off as if they were bad fanfics.

Should've enchanted it with dispersing hostile magic instead of all magic. If the enchantments are active then wouldn't beneficial and support magics like heal, boost ability, shield, increase attack, etc. be dispersed as well?

Thor and Rin both seem kinda androgynous. But I think the former is male and the latter female, despite the fact they have the same face and hairstyle (different colours though). Why? Because Thor appeared to be wearing a male uniform and Rin a female uniform.
