Kenryoku95 stole Italian chapters

The user Kenryoku95 is well known in the Italian community. He continues to steal chapters from all the Italian team and upload them without permission on some Italian famous aggregator site such as Mangaeden and Itascan. Now he started to upload them here adducting that he wants that the chapters are available on Mangadex, even without our permission (we are the Juin Jutsu Team, an Italian scan team). where I asked him to remove my chapter but he refused to do it. Also he said that he will not stop in the comment.

He took our chapters, our translations and our editing saying that it's his doing. We do Black Clover since the start and we still do it

As you can see, the pages are exactly the same. Same words for the translations, same font, same position. He only overlapped the logo to make it seems the scan is his. Please ban him and his team from Mangadex and remove all the chapters (also the one of Origin that he stole from Demone Celeste, another well known Italian scan team).

wow...that's low. outright theft if you ask me. i can see that he did minor edits and badly cut off part of the page on the examples you gave.

Multiple groups are accusing him, so it's not looking good for him, but how is he getting psds?

Im not sure on their details but with the linked Black Clover pages, perhaps since the only difference is the style/design of the Black Clover logo, that might be why "he has psds"? (Hasnt used photoshop in over 5 years, so Dunno what said psds contain, if they have all the layers intact or theyve been flattened)

@blackyawgdom he provided some page PSDs for the other "stolen" chapter, Origin 66 and it's not a flat image. That's why we're trying to figure out what is going on.

I don't know if in some ways he took our PSDs (and Demone Celeste ones in some ways), we sometime share the files with other group but we didn't with Black Clover and not recently so I don't think there is an high probability. Also there is another thing: a lot of fonts lacks letters with accents as à è é ì ò ù that we use really a lot in Italian. So I, personally, modified a lot of fonts to insert those letters and only a handful of people have access to it. I don't say it's impossible but it's really unlikely that he stole the fonts too.
My hypothesis is that he took our chapter (we are watermarking them because an Italian aggregator site got angry and DDOSsed us and some other teams) and overlapped the english MangaPlus's scan to make it seems like he's doing it with some balloons typesetted exactly like our chapters, with the same fonts and the exactly same translation, and then erase the parts that he cannot cover manually. Also it's strange because in Italy no one use the spacing function except us and another few people, so replicating the same exact font, dimension, spacing, translation, height, editing style altogether is nearly impossible.

infact he took our pages beyond doubt here without touching them. If he has PSDs also of those double pages and those are really edited and typesetted in the same exactly way as ours, then I know I have to fight with a really aggressive and petty thief.

the note on the left is copied from our scan: as you can see, around the text the pattern are different and has some inconsistencies. Also the "O" of "dello" it's half cutted because he poorly erased the level.

The PSDs that he sent to you had the text layer modificable or not? Did he sent the whole chapter or only few pages?

EDIT: the editor of Black Clover that works with us use Photoshop and InDesign so the guy could not have stole the completed PSDs. So i go with the overlapping theory and the steal of translation and editing. He just took the english page, overlapped it at ours and then took care of some edit replicating exactly our texts. If my theory is good, he cannot provide page 11 without the problem on the left side and the PSDs of the last two double pages.

His typeset is 1:1 the same as yours, with the only difference being the typo on that one page, are you sure he may not be someone with access to your site?

I don't want to post my chapter here with watermarks, also because we're using them to drive away other aggressive stealers, but I have to do because I had to "mark" the fact that the translation, edit and the chapters themselves are done by Juin Jutsu Team. I never intended to create problem to Mangadex and I'm sorry to have the admins work on this stuff but I'm really done with your shit and your stealing of our chapters.

this time he did only copy like 90% of the translation (changing some minor things like "I am Radagast" in "I'm Radagast" or synonims and stuff like that). Also he used our redraws and copied and pasted those as seen in page 2-3. He also used our credits as model and changed the name of the team 😅

Anyway, I have to say that the problem is only with the newest chapter, 247, and not with 243 that he edited and translated alone.
Also, he now has to accounts that uses to upload chapters, probably to avoid problems at least with one chapter.
