She just needs to keep showing her repentance anwy possible for the rest of the chapters and maybe at the end and with a prompt from Noelia (who will already be his wife) he can accept her as the second wife or something. Unless of course he says he never truly loved her at all and it was just loyalty and friendship that made him stay with her, in which case I retract what I said.

Flick is not sure now so I presume something will happen where he will understand his true feelings for her (if he ever loved her or not)

I just feel bad for her and want her to be happy with Flick.

But I do have a little spine in my mind that I must tell

Maybe it's the manga and how it was explained, but for some reason the fight with Alfine from my POV seems as if he is kind of transforming a couple discussion into a much bigger drama, and yeah Alfine could have used much better words to show her love and concern about how she just wanted to protect him, and while that is suffocating, it doesnt feel like she kind of deserves that level of disgust almost to the point of puking...

Like a famous phrase from my country "drowning in a glass of water" (translated into "to make a mountain out of a molehill") kind of fits the whole situation, and still I kind of feel his reaction is exaggerated at times as if she had left him for death or worse, but none of that even happened... the same I had already said for those readers that wanted her dead or R*p3d, I apply the same concept she didn't do something to deserve the hate as if she were a monster... at most she took training to a spartan level, but other than that... that feeling still doesnt make sense to me

Just my own opinion though, but I wanted to give my own two cents about all this whole issue

WN reader, there is no chapter gap in the manga, the manga just skipped good amount of chapters an left some characters out. The fight with the whale lasted some chapters, the warhorse was relevant, the maid didn't get fleshed out and I'm not sure if it's now or a bit later, but a necromancer was introduced too.
