But that is the thing, it sounds like Iron is the base matt, steal being only one step up. Steal is reachable to mid to low rank, in a few days, with lower than C rank quests, were the monsters were a pain do to fleeing they raised the funds. Yes the party is monstrously strong, but their strength didn't help them in these quests. So D-C rank is were I would say steal is basic gear. While not at Laura's level the other two are definitely above C rank in strength, There should be some options in between Charlottes ideas and steal.
