I honestly kind of like this story progression because if the author wants to keep writing the story in the train then he needs to do a slow progression because if they get together the train story ends

They're just joking, maybe, considering a lot of series 'end' with a kiss and such tho there needs to be more stories where they get together halfway so we can see their dates if not at the 'beginning' like "You and I are Polar Opposites" , raws are up to chapter 12 tho so other than some early cancellation idk if it would unless it's beaten by whatever's published on their site

It's prolly a bigger deal when ur late for school/miss your stop tho versus it being a weekend, my parents would've killed me for skipping school at that age even if it was by 'accident' (not that we have a train system in my state lol) but other than her being able to 'pickup on it' like that guy's friend, maybe she'll tell her about the crush and they'll have an opportunity to be a wing(wo)man
