It was probably so sudden and out of everyone's view that they didn't know he pushed her over. Also, while everyone was focused on the victims, he made a quick getaway from the scene. There should have been some mention of him getting suspended for such a dangerous act by now, otherwise.

I stopped reading when a new girl appeared. There was a trip to the new girl's grandfather's house. And there was an attempted rape against the girls. And what does the MC do? Instead of handing the criminals over to the police, he worries about the criminals' future and leaves them to be re-educated at the girl's grandfather's dojo. Does anyone think this is normal?
