Is this what they call the 4B movement?She should just get pregnant. I wish I was her prince tho.
I know right honestly it was all good for me from the start but when it started to get to the ending the story kinda became messed up and ending really sucks, it should have ended with both of them dying it could been better hayys

“THATS IT???” in all seriousness tho this ending was bittersweet yet quite ambiguous. Although, I’m glad they didn’t try to bs some happy or “prince saves the day” ending.
Edit: Ryuuto is forced to die, forever reminded of the love he could’ve had (riko) thats now forever out of reach.
Kokoa is forced to live, she finally lets go of her princess ideals, her futile search for a “prince” thats been the source of so much pain, and accepts thats she will be alone, her worst nightmare. And yet, the only reason she chooses to live through it is because the only person who saw her for who she truly was, told her that despite being alone, she will be fine.

Athough i felt the ending fit both the mc and fmc (see above comment) i completely understand stand those who felt the ending left aspects to be desired

the moral of the story is to not date people just to fill the void like female heroine and to by extension build relationships on strong friendships first or you'll totally ruin your mental state or something like that. Oh and to not live in Japan because they have horrible self defense laws apparently
I find it interesting how female heroine is prone to getting extremely clingy but when a potential prince does it she loses all interest like her first boyfriend did. Though I probably misinterpreted it wrong and for whatever reason her clinginess is ok compared to theirs
isnt she just unimaginably unlucky? her prince is literally just a normal dude. a normal dude whos protective, kind, falls deeply in love but not to the point to obsession or jealousy at small things, and cares for her instead of her body or an idealization of her. Youre saying that through all of these boyfriends she didnt find a single guy under that criteria??
Also, its really sad how preventable the ending was. Protag's flaw is that hes prone to molding the people he loves into the perfect versions of themselves (in his standards) inside of his mind instead of loving them for them, so it could be argued he never loved the female heroine in the first place, making him unfit for prince status. The flaw is actually pretty fixable you just need to mature enough to where you're able to face reality in all of it's glory, but protag simply couldnt because his life was essentially over anyway so it was best to bite the bullet and give up instead of dragging female heroine down with him since she really didnt want to die and all...
They were this close to a good ending but were stopped just at the finish line because of the irreversible crimes protag committed, making the ending feel so hurtful
A pretty good story. The tragedys that happend feel pretty avoidable at times but the story is supposed to be about immature and stupid people so it makes sense. Bummer that protag wasnt really relatable in the slightest which stopped me from resonating with the story much. I'd give killer in love about a 7/10
