Oh right, the red ribbon to grapping gift.
I can't tell from this visual, since it all black white, and she wear it on neck, where just like you wear school ribbon and what not.
and usually they wrap all over their body in this cliche, no ?

the implication is that
1) Yuka is rather innocent, and Miu wouldn't put her through that "much" just to tease Mitsuki; and
2) this series is a bit too tame to go to that extent (as on its own, 'gift-wrapping oneself' is quite suggestive, even if nothing is actually "shown" in the process).

But you are correct that the monochromatic format of the manga means that it's not immediately visually clear what we're looking at, upon first glance.

It's obvious that the second bow and her pose mean the human gift.

But also,it would've been fun if they just wrapped the bow all around her even if fully clothed.
