the implication is that
1) Yuka is rather innocent, and Miu wouldn't put her through that "much" just to tease Mitsuki; and
2) this series is a bit too tame to go to that extent (as on its own, 'gift-wrapping oneself' is quite suggestive, even if nothing is actually "shown" in the process).
But you are correct that the monochromatic format of the manga means that it's not immediately visually clear what we're looking at, upon first glance.
