I doubt it, but I hope that since her works draw inspiration from her real life, that this will be the first one to draw inspiration from the fact that she eventually ended up in a good place and a job she likes. Ahh I'm a fool for wanting a happy ending from Shiruka Bakaudon...

wtf this is just pure shit. i remember reading up till ch14, later putting it on hold with 4/10 rating
i wasn't gonna drop it yet thinking who knows maybe it just has a patchy start, but the more i read it just gets worse fsr. i went from a 4/10 rating to a 1/10
i understand what the author was trying to go for but it was all just poorly executed and just felt rushed with how she was trying to handle all these issues, which just kinda came off in an overly edgy way. also the way she was trying to present these mental illnesses (especially with kanae) just kinda felt forced and kinda in a messy manor. Like kanae is so unstable. Also the friends dont make sense, i mean they couldve just kept on bashing on kanae so i rlly dont get y they switched sides and wuts their motif. Also y hiroshi. Like rlly kanae, he was a bit kind to u n now he's supposed to be ur savior or whatever. Wut abt that narumi dude huh, hasnt he always been there for u whenever u needed him to vent to or for emotional support. Is it cause he never did anything to solve ur problems, well no shit there's only so much a kid can do. Same goes for hiroshi. God, sum of the characters are super unlikable (especially kanae)
Anyway that's it, just wanted to rant a bit on how much of a shit manga this is. Also who in their right mind are the 350 people who rated this 5 stars above. Even giving it 5 stars is already a lot, but 10 star?! Eh, who knows maybe im just wrong abt this being shit and in reality im just the one with shit taste and cant tell whats good or bad.
Would not recommend this piece of shit

The only difference is methamorphis told an actual story with character development (if u want to call it that) and left an actual impact on people due to it's realism and sympathy (i guess depends on the person) towards the mc saki
Whereas this is just a story with an over the top edgyness presented in a messy way that just comes off as rushed and underdeveloped with all these issues that the author is tryna squeeze in. Also the mc is shit and cant sympathizes wih her at all. So what if u got anxiety and depression (join the fuckin club) and is mentally unstable, still doesnt give her a pass for doin all those shit to the people who wronged her.
(My partly full review is at the bottom if u wanna read it ⬇️ didnt think it was worth it to spend any more time on it)

If you think that it’s unrealistic in the way the author is portraying mental illness and use “she’s too unstable” as an example you obviously don’t understand anything about either manic depression, bipolar disorder or social anxiety. If anything this story was bad because it was a bit “triggering”. Yeah it’s a bit over the top but some people’s mental illnesses actually get that intense (as do mine).

hmm, maybe i dont. but my point was the way the author portrays it doesnt come off well. what i mean is the delivery i guess? not just for kanae but the other characters too. idk the way she does just particularly peeves me cause there are other mangas that handle these issues and do it well and doesnt come off in a forced way. it kinda feels like the author is just straight up telling us what or how the characters are feeling. like whenever the author presents these issues, feelings it just feels like a statement and has no deeper meaning to it. also my statement of kanae being so unstable was merely a statement that is true. obviously she is unstable (hell it's literally in the description) but it was more of a comment on how the author wrote her rather than her being unstable. i must apologize though if whatever i wrote was insensitive to anyone with severe mental illnesses since i did not meant for it to come off that way.
umm i dont rlly think the reason it's bad is because it's triggering per se, i think the writing, characters, pacing just suck. plus saying the reason it's bad is cause it's triggering is kinda like saying all triggering stories are bad which is definitely not true since they handle these triggering topics well.
although i must admit i may have been a tad bit biased since i really wanted to like this since the premise sounded nice only to be really disappointed
and tbh my 1/10 was kinda uncalled for and a bit harsh, as bad as it is this manga is still at least 4/10
with that being said though i still wont change my rating cause i dont want to, i dont think it deserves it, and i dont want others to have to waste their time on this (also im petty since this manga is just wasted potential)
would still not recommend, dont waste ur time on this, 1/10

Does she keep prostituting herself after the first chapter? (It’s the first chapter so not really a spoiler)
