That's just a matter of english translation. You can see that Anilist put this one-shot in the anthology, and the same happens on Dynasty, while there isn't trace of any "Favouritism" anywhere.
If it's not enough, the original title (へんあい, henai) can be read both as favouritism, and stange + love. So is likely an intentional wordplay from the author.
