Are they somehow natural? Or even supernatural (monster/alien/etc)? Filed? Surgically replaced? Dentures? (if they were removable she wouldn't need the mask). Happened during a now regretful Chuunibyou phase?

I see, so this manga is just Fukanzen de Fueisei de Fushidara, but the only weird thing is the main fetish on teeth, good enough
