Like yeah it's going to turn out (I think) that he had a terminal illness so she agreed to date him for that period of time, but it's like Haruto and Eba had so many opportunities to just be normal and end up with other people and not put each other through this melodrama, to the point that it feels weird the author keeps trying to ship them when any sane person would have disembarked 50 chapters ago.

Damn near 200 chapters to go so I can't wait to see what more melodrama they force them through, since if they just together and don't have any relationship trouble the author wouldn't know what to do (at least it seems).
