As someone who has real life bad traumatic experience from being forced into a poly relationship (not at all what the author is doing), I have to drop. I love how the author did this and I think it’s very cool and very based but my experiences were so bad that reading anything having to do with harem or poly makes my body curl up unconsciously 😭.

Well to be fair with 100 girlfriends, that portrays the scenario as a massive joke. Like the protagonist is unrealistically perfect, like you would have to be to have an actual healthy poly relationship. This series takes itself way too seriously to be like 100 girlfriends, it just seems like the childhood friend gets her ideas from porn or she has a voyeuristic fetish.

I could probably accept this resolution better if the premise were the boy loved both of them, while mangaka and the classmate are bisexuals.
