@_Lilith_ lol i was just as confused until I realized this was a dj of Kimi no Na wa. Never watched the movie, but I kinda understood it that on certain mornings the girl and the boy would swap bodies.

Also, it's kinda funny that the artist had the MC pee her (his?) pants in this one too (that happened like at least 4 times in Onii-Chan is done for). Makes you a bit concerned if the mangaka has a thing for it bit weird, but I guess it's mostly a harmless one to have
