From reading the comments I agree on the dating app, that the girl is gonna be Sui’s crush. this will be interesting and how will she find out the connection.
I think Sui’s will have another rental date and confide that her crush went on a date and shows a pic of her crush and everything will show a connection. I don’t see the crush sharing a pic of someone who has a crush on her unless she’s like “oh this pic is me and my friend” kind of situation.

As for it being the sister it’s hard to till. I don’t remember if there’s a pic or age stating the sisters appearance or age. So it’s unsure but could be plausible.

I think it's actually Reina's sister that Sui likes. Sui said that Reina is kind of similar to that girl even though her hair is completely different colour from the girl's that Sui touches on the cover page, so it's probably in her face(?). Plus, Reina's sister is younger, so probably Sui's age(?). It's just a theory though.
