Now I'm not saying I want things to get too crazy between the obsessive one and the overbearing one but the potential for juicy drama is heating up.

I kinda think it's fun that everyone has their own bias and interest and it shows when we comment. For example, I'm not a fan of pharmacy lady so I don't really care for her, but I do think it's interesting on how their date will affect Ren.

On the flip, I do like Mizuki and while she is clearly the anxious kind, she's also very communicative about her expectations and a lot of what she asks for is clearly driven by societal expectations. It's honestly kinda tragic because if she gave Sui these demands, I really do think Sui would fulfill them 120%.

Unfortunately, Ren started off in this "relationship" with practically one foot out the door, so I think the two of them won't end well. Which while I'm sad about, I do think it's fair. Ren doesn't like Mizuki like that...she was willing to pretty much only pay attention to Sui when she fell in love with her, so it's not like this side job of hers is an actual must, it seems. She has a day job as an OL.

Honestly a train wreck incoming!! But excited to see both the drama and hopefully the introspective growth that should come from it. I kinda hope Sui does get her happy ending with Mizuki... I don't think Mizuki deserves someone who just treats her as a fun time when she's already all in. Devastating bc I like Ren a lot!!!

Mizuki comes off as super insecure and that can get annoying... but Ren... please... don't be like that... honesty is important... I guess she'll find out, and hopefully the manga tackles this with care (I'm not too worried, since other topics were!).
Poor one-night-stand lady is always both too early and too late lol. I hope we'll get good interactions. Really liking this manga and its themes so far!

Mizuki clearly has an anxious attachment style and past issues with partner infidelity. I wouldn’t diagnose her with anything per se, just that something started this behaviour and her clear need for constant reassurance.

I just think it’s hilarious that Ren was supposedly heterosexual before all of this happened! If you had just thrown me into this chapter without context there would be zero indication that she hadn’t been doing this her entire life and was just in a very chaotic place relationship wise. Which also brings into question her complacency: relationships with men are WAY different to relationships between women. I don’t think she knows exactly what she is in for, especially with a neurotic paranoid mess like poor Mizuki!
