ぬるとろ - Nurutoro seems to mean "slimy" and "Bang Bang" is presumably what's hidden under the "heart" on the game.
So Nurutoro Bang Bang seems like it would be a "Soapland Game"? Or just plain sex? But it shouldn't be the latter since he dared ask about it when he had woken up, so just "Slime Connection" the game might have been an ok translation?
