NGL, you should save yourself the pain and suffering and run far away. Because most manga, anime, xainxai, wuxai, and manhwa are full of "weird gross fetish shit". The sociopathic murderhobo who is betrayed and goes on a revenge tour to kill all who have wronged him.

The last is the empty headed harem protagonist who could have a completely willing woman walk up to him naked, slap him upside the head with her tit and he would immediately fall to the ground as he apologized.

It is part of Japanese cultural heritage, just like slavery and their pre WWII exploitative nobility. Sure it's not a positive aspect of their culture, but when it happens semi-frequently over the course of a few centuries it becomes less a fetish and more just the way things are.
