There are differences here and there but I don't really see any that are too major between this and Kenichi from my perspective. I would've said if you liked one you'll probably like the other, but I guess this goes to show you why that's only a "probably." Honestly, sometimes I can't tell what I actually like about one series and dislike about another when they should be pretty similar.

I didn't like Kenichi as much, but I find this series is ok, even with the excessive fanservice.
