It's a setting with superhuman ninjas, curses, mind control powers, super hackers and girls that get bunny ears under some circumstances. Main girl has had super strength since basically chapter 1.

This might as well be set in Sakamoto Days. So vampires are as logical as anything else.

The Yokoya Vampire Thing:
It's actually been heavily implied throughout the Manga, if you remember correctly:
Hitoyoshi and Riko both always had Yaebas (Moe Fangs) which is essentially just a hidden way to say "Vampire(Dhampir?) Fangs:
Chapter 18 was Irony as both Siblings did Dress up as Vampires
Chapter 34 had the Father (Shin) jokingly say "Inherited your Mother's Vampire Blood" somehow being True + That one "feeding her with Blood" thing at one point
Chapter 65-67 had the Mother (Katarina) pull up to the House in Daylight with a Cloak(Blanket?) and at the when she left, she didn't have anything covering her, in the Night. (also noted that Katarina did prefer to meet again at Night)
yeah supernatural stuff has been in this manga just hidden away + Naka (Ninja Girl) has turned into a rabbit (also noted that she supposedly knows that Katarina is a Vampire, or at least hiding it from the Siblings)
This might be me being delusional or pulling a MatPat (also thx My Darling Scans for that Batch of Chapters, though I'm sure it's 83.1?)

You know, I was kinda half kidding with the alien comment earlier, but now thinking about it, I wouldn't be surprised if it's revealed that Naka's family are really rabbit people from the moon.

Yeah, i remember these hints. With all the supernatural stuff that's happening in this manga, im not really surprised with the reveal but still it's progress i guess?
