Jesus this girl is somehow insanely manipulative and calculating, but also genuinely such a good person who’s willing to do anything to save the one she loves. It’s such an interesting gap. This is rapidly becoming one of my favorite manga.
have you ever read/watch tomodachi game , main character is very manipulative but he love his friend

Satsuki has a surprisingly no-nonsense personality for an obsessive fan, as in she's not a pervert, not a gloomy outcast, not an unapproachable ice queen, nor a delinquent, etc. And she doesn't even hide the secret for her own sake.
Funny how Yotsuha chose such a violent approach as breaking the door just so she could ambush a lone streamer simp and... comfort her. She sure combines both cute and terrifying methods for exacting revenge.
Because (as I believe at the moment) she is a good-natured person with a seemingly "unreachable" goal(assuming she has rewound time multiple times already) with determination/desperation mix. She will go for anything, as long as it doesn't bring bystanders into any harm(and maybe even enemies into physical harm) .

She’d make for a great politician.

I want to be positive and take this chapter straight as it looks, as if I hadn't read the rest of the story.

The panel with L was funny.
Nooo, that means there's darkness hiding here? Bleh.

Wait, how have you read the rest of the story? This only has 1 volume and doesn't seem to be based on a light novel.

Sorry I meant to imply the rest of the chapters available until now, and that my impression was one trying to imagine the story as if I had only read this chapter.

Honestly, I think the girl is trying to de-escalate the drama, to "scare straight" the people around him....SO FAR, is not a violent yandere who tries to kill problems around our MC, like I guess "Mirai Nikki", which makes sense, since if people started dying left and right around him, he would be further traumatized, however writing it like that would also be the "easy way out" for an author I think, instead of planning things.

Both raws and other languages like Spanish are way ahead than the English version

I think the fact that she isn't trying to kill people was already demonstrated with the initial bully. My first thought was 'oh she's getting him squashed by a train', but the fact is he survived - and she planned for him to survive - when she probably could have gotten him killed.

That said, she's not perfect, and Yae seems fucked up enough that I'm thinking killing him may actually be the only reasonable solution, to protect Uichi AND herself since he also seems like the kind of the guy that would drug and kidnap her if he ever got the chance to. At least she's aware of how fucking nasty he is, though it also makes me sad thinking she must have suffered a lot at his hands in t he future.

I suspect it will all tie back to the gross StuCo guy as they will find out he was originally behind the bullying and Yotsuha is just leveraging Satsuki's popularity to start changing people's perception of him when they find out there's no real good reason why he is being bullied.
Is fhere ever a good deason to bully someone.

She needs a very clean, uh, modus operandi? Alibi? Reason, to "accidentally" stumble upon Satsuki in the storage room. If the door lock wasn't broken beforehand, Yotsuha can't "accidentally" hear Satsuki watching a stream, and can't "accidentally" enter the storage room to see what's going on. The candidness that she sets up allows her to comfort Satsuki in the first place, and without breaking the door lock it's (probably) impossible to do.

I'm not sure she's being merciful, perhaps quite the opposite, because there's an implication that the cyberbullies will try to drive the bully to suicide.
Perhaps she thought a quick death would be too good for him and wanted him to suffer an ironic punishment.
Maybe she didn't want Uiichi to see a gruesome accident right before school (and he did get to witness something else instead - a sight of a big scary bully being humbled).
Also, if he died right there, he'd die like a tragic victim and people would feel sorry for him instead of hating his guts.
If all this happened exactly as Yotsuha's planned, it makes her a very disturbing avenger.
