Ok hear me out. The person is Yotsuha from a different timeline. With the clover, the fact she mentioned she was one of the ones who killed him the first time around, and the fact the person who wants revenge for someone being killed. So maybe it's weird time bs where she's getting revenge on her self for being the one to start this whole mess.

I doubt it’s yotsuha mostly because as far as we know there’s only one yotsuha at a time. I also doubt clover is the guy who they’re telling us it is because it’s too obvious. No one else could be them except the dad or the other childhood friend who hacks and stuff, but i doubt it’s either. Ultimately I’m pretty sure it’s someone who hasn’t been introduced yet but if it’s not it’s probably the hacker person.

I have a feeling the victim framed Uichi for something horrible, which empowered Eito and his gang to make Uichi's middle school life hell (for hypocrisy and "fun") and got everyone to "want him to die" for some reason. In one timeline Uichi reflects how "once again I was hated and betrayed," with an image of the mysterious boy appearing behind Yae (who was revealed to be his first high school bully). If what Yae did is comparable to the betrayal of the mysterious boy... seems like it was very heinous.
