To be fair I think Rikka is calling the students out for trying to get in Uichi’s good graces despite their previous bullying actions, she is mocking their sudden altruism.

Not that Rikka is a saint but she does kinda have a point. Those students went from harassing him with glee to being nice just to cover their asses after Yae was exposed and dropped out… atleast at first.

They are like that because yatsuha pretty much gaslight them with a question to their morality.
