We weren't given a clear date for the rejection, but we do know that it occurred during the final year of middle school, at the latest.Literally "rejected a public confession from her" seems like a poor place to launch a "he is secretly madly in love with me" feint, but have seen more overwrought plots.
Never going to go there, but there is a universe where "he makes a move encouraged by classmates at the EXACT same time she suffers pangs from vaguely defined degenerative disease that he interprets as rejection and she doesn't realize (or alternatively watch is screwing up if she does realize the misstep)" is a thing.
Rikka is the antagonist of this arc (and girl holding the letter).Who is rika and uichi
i'm pretty sure the watch is still kind of broken. i think she's trying not to abuse it as much as possible.the suspense here is really effective on me. I'm so scared for yotsuha, she doesn't even know who's the one behind the anon twitter lol she better keep abusing her clover watch while its still working
also, what is love?
This is something I actually love a lot, since the mangaka does a great job of balancing her knowing everything yet still being vulnerable + clueless. The neat thing about Yotsuha is that you never know if and/or how many times she already "played" that moment, so, for all we know, that dumb femcel diva could be just dancing into the palm of her hands right now and the fallout is going to be glorious !!
Got pregnant by Uichi, I guess? Damn. That's some cheap plot from a Philippine TV soap opera...Well Rikka, so you got yourself caught lying about receiving a love letter from Uichi. What's the next step of your master plan?
That shit gonna back fire on her now that the boys know uchi loves her
Ummmm... That's like the worst plan to get back at Yotsuha ever... Like how's that gonna work?
Best result would be him bursting in and confessing to Yotsuha in front of everyone while they're still arguing without specifying and so for a split second everyone thinks he's actually confessed to Rikka (everyone else because of the fake letter, Rikka because of her narcissism) before he goes on and is like "I've loved you ever since elementary school Yotsuha" or something along those lines."Oh, you got a love letter from him? That's nice. Good for you"
Honestly that is a really interesting and totally plausible idea, no evidence for it but I love the concept.I have a theory, Maybe the watch stops working when Yotsuha is on her way towards the timeline she is working towards, thus, there's no need for her to time travel, but when she wavers from the "True Ending" the watch starts working again to give her a chance to fix it. I might be reaching but I'd be interested to know if anyone agrees or disagrees.
Not just that but she's kind of gotten good at the whole manipulating situations thingThe neat thing about Yotsuha is that you never know if and/or how many times she already "played" that moment, so, for all we know, that dumb femcel diva could be just dancing into the palm of her hands right now and the fallout is going to be glorious !!
This manga just confuses meRikka is the antagonist of this arc (and girl holding the letter).
Uichi is the MC.
