Definitely her brother ngl. Probably because he wants to protect Yotsuha, and right now she is sacrificing herself to save him as far as I can tell due to the heart surgery. He doesn’t question the time travel, and I think he is trying to protect Yotsuha by removing Uichi, as fate dictates only one of them can live or something. Have a feeling we will have a very sad ending, where only one of them are alive, or they both die. (Not too sure about my last statement lol but very sure about everything else).

In the last chapter I predicted that Clover was probably her half brother, but not the brother we were introduced to previously. I think this strengthens my theory quite a bit! Clover is most likely her half brother from her father's side, and doesn't want to harm her directly because they're related. Though, I'm not sure who he could be referring to when saying that they look alike - is there more to the hidden family we don't know about?

For people who misunderstood the "guess they really are related" line. That mail was for her brother probs. I think the main villain is either her brother or maybe some other family member she doesn't know about. It definetly feels like the person is older than the kids though, if he spoke the way he spoke to Uichi's sister, I am guessing it isn't someone young. Man, this manga is actually so good I can't. Genuinely, made me real emotional, a lot. And I hope that everything goes well (The tragedy tag concerns me, but I hope it's only the tragedy where it was shown tragedy and won't influence the ending.) He is (or more likely related to) someone her mom ruined. That's my bet. Won't attack her(Yotsuha) directly because she needs to be alive to suffer.
Also laboring under the delusion that the psychopath mother would give any degree of a fuck if Yotsuha suffers.

yeah but not in the way you think, clover is her brother. Like its not the guy putting the letter in, cus that would be stupid, like clover is first of all way to smart to take the chance of being seen by yotsuha or smth and clover hates uchi, so thats not a reaction clover would have.

But He said they "look alike" and are "related" and Yotsua only has a single familie member who we know of, which is her brother.

So theory is that whoever gave this guy the letter was clover, cus of whats on the letter, and since he spoke of them being related, he also seems to know her brother or someone else that is related which makes it likely that person is clover, which makes clover increadible likely to be yotsuhas brother.
Also clover seemed to know about the clock, which her brother is at this point the only one we know that does as well.
Clover also seems to want to protect yotsuha or at least make sure she ain't hurt, but kill uichi which makes sense for her brother, if we say his motive for hurting uichi is being obsessed over yotsuha.

So yeah its more or less revealed now who clover is. In my opinion

I guess the brother being clover would make sense, but only if we believe that he really tortured some elementary/middle/high schooler for years while Yotsuha was gone, just for the small chance that Yotsuha would seek him out again (and the bro is only wants her to be his). But it does match up that the brother probably did blokc Uichi's mail... so idk. Maybe clover told him to though.
